this is an invitation to return to yourself—gently, consistently, and in the midst of everyday life.

with Retreat, I’d love to bring you into a month of exploration and connection. you’ll have access to meditations, live classes, and movement practices designed to support your body and nervous system.

I’ll be guiding Within, a practice rooted in breath, movement, and internal awareness- with a call to listen more closely and move from a deeper place.
