Bali based facilitator. I’m a certified RYS 200hr Kundalini Yoga teacher, NASM Certified personal trainer, and lifelong dancer devoted to movement as a way of life. Through somatic movement, guided visualization, and sound, I create spaces that support nervous system regulation and embodied expression. My mission is to help you reconnect to your body and feel your most radiant self so you feel relief, clarity and confidence.

Anya is a yoga and meditation teacher guiding practices rooted in nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep rest.
With a background as an Olympic figure skater, her work is shaped by a deep understanding of the body — both in states of intensity and in the need for rest. Her sessions center around Yoga Nidra, gently woven with subtle somatic and breath-based practices, helping the body soften out of doing and unwind into a more regulated, restful state. Anya’s approach is grounded and intuitive, offering a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.
